You must stay hydrated for your body to function properly. Make your first drink of the day water and drink enough all day so your urine is clear to a light yellowish color. If it is darker you're dehydrated, which can disrupt your metabolism. The amount you need to drink will depend upon how physically active you are and how much you sweat. Strive to drink at least a liter per day.

Eat 6 Pieces of Fruit per Day
Fruit is the best thing going. The beauty of fruit is that it contains natural sugars, not refined sugars that are in 74% of processed foods. There is no maximum limit of fruit consumption recommended by any leading medical authority, so you may eat as much as you'd like without major concerns. The more fruit you eat, the less sweetened processed food you will eat and the healthier you will be. Strive to eat six pieces of fruit per day.

Eat a Large Raw Salad Every Day
Eating lots of salad is one of the keys to weight loss. By eating raw vegetation you put more natural fiber into your body. Fiber fills you up without adding extra calories, so you can eat a lot of it and not be concerned about gaining weight. It also makes your bowel movements faster, smoother and more frequent, which helps to eliminate toxicity from your body. Strive to eat a large, raw salad every day, with no meat or processed food products. Also, make your own oil-free salad dressings.
