Orange Blueberry Pecan Sauce

2 oranges, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup pecans, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (to taste)

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

 

Hot, Hot, Hot Habanero Hot Sauce

1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon chili power, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 3-4 ounces lemon juice, 4 ounces of Habanero Pepper, 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

 

Spicy Orange Sauce

1 cucumber, 1 habanero pepper, 3 pealed carrots, 1 bell pepper, 1 chunk of onion, 1 avocado

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

 

Almond Pecan Energy Balls

1/2 cup ground almonds, 1/2 cup pecans, 1 cup of Deglet dates, coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons carob powder, currants and 1/2 to 3/4 cup peanut butter.

Mix all ingredients in a food processor.  Then roll the Energy Balls in coconut flakes.  Store in a refrigerator.
